修改记录
1：在论坛下部添加即时聊天工具，方便大家沟通，希望朋友们喜欢。
2：修改论坛首页面格式(包括生日祝福区格式，当前时间格式，论坛帖子数提示，底部图例信息，论坛导航栏……)，改进论坛导航系统。删除了些无用图标及菜单。
3：删除总菜单中的"即时聊天栏目"，试图更新网站总导航菜单外貌(失败)。
4：增加网页浏览计数器，在每页的最下部的小图标上。
